Yes. Batches are recorded against the formulation and ingredient lots used, and invoice lines reference the batch, so you can trace forwards to customers or backwards to suppliers.
Yes. Lab QC results are captured per batch and a certificate of analysis is generated from them using your template. Customers can also retrieve certificates through a customer portal.
